Argyle Lofts

The building was originally developed in 1873, at which time the famous baker, John Dempster, owned his first bakery and grocery store. After a long delay, the lofts where completed in 2007. The developer finishes are inconsistent so don't judge all the lofts at once. Some units have been beautifully finished by meticulous owners. On the fringe of funky West Queen West, you're only a 5 minute walk to bars, galleries and the legendary Drake Hotel. Located at Argyle and Dovercourt, just north of Queen Street.

The units in the all brick exterior building consist of 1 and 2 bedroom lofts. The 1 bedroom suites range from 520 to over 590 square feet in size, and from 730 to about 1,000 square feet for the 2 bedrooms.
