The Wrigley is a super hard, raw loft building. The Former Wrigley's chewing gum factory was converted in 1998 by Atria, developers of the Izone Lofts and The Garment Factory Lofts. The units have the original warehouse windows with massive 14ft ceilings and gigantic concrete mushroom pillars. A HOT favourite amongst photographers, designers and creative souls. A very popular live-work loft building.
It was built in 1907 and converted into 79 loft units in 1998. It's in the heart of the Film District, and ideally located close to The Beaches, Downtown and an easy walk to The Danforth, the Queen Street streetcar, Shops and Restaurants.
